100 Theme Adoptable Challenge - 1. Insanity (Open)

This is the first one of this challenge. I had a lot of fun designing this one. I've already talked with the base maker, I am allowed to make this on this base, as long as it's design doesn't cost more than 50, so that's the prices of all of these within this challenge~
